Elo Plus CSAE Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Elo Plus is a safe space free from any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. It applies to all users, employees, partners, and any other parties associated with the platform.CSAE includes, but is not limited to:

Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
Sextortion of a minor
Trafficking a child for sex
Any behavior or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children

This policy is zero tolerance—no ifs, ands, or buts.

2. Definitions

Child: Any individual under the age of 18.
Sexual Exploitation: Any actual or attempted abuse or use of a child for sexual purposes.
Grooming: The act of establishing an emotional connection with a minor with the objective of lowering their inhibitions for the purpose of sexual abuse.
Sextortion: The coercion of a minor by threat or manipulation to obtain explicit images or sexual favors.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Content

Elo Plus strictly prohibits:

Any form of sexual content involving minors: This includes images, videos, or any media depicting or suggesting sexual exploitation of children.
Grooming behaviors: Any attempts to form a relationship with a minor to exploit them sexually.
Sextortion or coercion: Using threats, manipulation, or blackmail to obtain or distribute explicit content involving minors.
Trafficking and facilitation: Any behavior that facilitates or promotes the trafficking of minors for sexual purposes.
User profiles or content that implies minors are involved: Even when not explicit, any behavior or content that indirectly involves minors in sexually suggestive or exploitative contexts is banned.

Any user found engaging in these behaviors will be subject to immediate and permanent
termination from Elo Plus, along with appropriate legal action.

4. Monitoring, Detection, and Enforcement

Proactive Monitoring: Elo Plus will employ both automated systems and human moderators to continuously scan for content or behaviors indicative of CSAE.

User Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or concerning behavior immediately through our in-app reporting tools or directly to our safety team at support@eloplus.com.
Immediate Action: Upon receipt of a report, our safety team will conduct an urgent review. If any content or behavior is confirmed to be in violation, it will be removed without delay, and the offending account will be permanently banned.
Legal Cooperation: Elo Plus will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. All reports of CSAE will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities immediately.

5. Training and Awareness

Employee Training: All Elo Plus staff will undergo regular training on CSAE recognition, response, and reporting.
User Education: We will periodically update our community guidelines and offer resources to help users understand and recognize CSAE risks. Our goal is to empower our community to report any behavior that seems off.

6. Confidentiality and Protection

Privacy for Reporters: Elo Plus is committed to protecting the identity and safety of individuals who report CSAE. All reports will be handled confidentially, and retaliation of any kind against reporters will not be tolerated.
Data Protection: Data related to reports of CSAE will be stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel. This data will be shared with law enforcement only when necessary to protect children or as required by law

7. Policy Review and Updates

This CSAE policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as necessary to ensure it reflects the latest legal standards and best practices in child protection. All users will be notified of any significant changes.
